Face to face clinic based addiction counselling is not the only option available nowadays as online counselling can be far more convenient especially if you live in a rural area or your work schedule is hectic, you can have sessions anywhere there is a secure internet connection this will also reduce costs and supports people with disability issues and mobility issues also, including anxiety and phobias where its difficult to get to a physical location.
